Frantic Empire are a 3 piece band hailing from the Wolverhampton area of the UK and are as the name suggests “Frantic” Now “Shut the fuck up and listen!”

As their song UNSPOKEN suggests. Do just that!  This song has Sabbathy riffs in it quite doomy in places, but soon speeds up and has you hook line and sinkered! Great shredding from Alex indeed. This is as catching as a cold… it really haunts with that unusual tweaking guitar and awesome vocal range… It is I think my favourite track from FRANTIC EMPIRE.

On first listening to the band I was not overly impressed, but this music is such that it creeps up and launches straight at the jugular, and as a result I am still listening now for the fifth time, so has to be said that these guys have got that something special, that I nearly missed…..

Twilight Immortal begins with some classical guitar riffs, which are spellbinding and beautiful…. Until the track warms up into the frenzy of hells fire… you just know something is afoot when this track starts… over 8 minutes this is an epic track, with some evil riffs blending with some great drumming. Fierce with really balanced harmonies and cookie monster vocals too… always a fave of mine! It slows in an instant to give out some doom and some enchanting harmonies reminiscent of a séance, very evil sounding and creepy.  Great atmospheric feel! Very technical in places too and then back into thunderous beats with some slamming vocals. Great little hook line thrown in too adding to this awesome creation.

Vanity Failed: Opens with some great riffs, chugging into a catchy drum beat. A change in tempo gives it that edge. Very punchy and kicking! The vocals are awesome, with that high pitched scream…. Backing vocals really prominent really add to the track. Can not say these guys are NOT heavy, they have a great sound and as mentioned before it doesn’t jump out and grab you until second listening, but so glad I stayed and listened further…. Now I am going to shut the fuck up and listen some more!!!.......

Watch out for their 10 track CD to be released at the end of April…. You won’t be disappointed….

L Sol Tace is a 4 piece metal band hailing from the London area of the UK.

“This is not just our music, it’s our insanity” says Anton vocalist with the awesome L Sol Tace.  This should give you an idea of what the band are about, and on listening to the Demo you get the feeling of pure brutality in the rawest form possible.

The demo was produced by the band in 2010, so relatively new. They say it was a rush job to get them gigs around town BUT…. It has not got the feel of a “rushed job” not at all, in fact it has that raw power every band should posses.

VOID OF GOD: Opens with some of the most brutal riffs and vocals I have heard.  This is indeed face melting metal in the purest form. It lacks nothing least of all energy. It possesses a melodic feel with raw vocals surrounding it and a stunning hook bass line that has you moving, you can not help it!  Some awesome drumming which fades out lulling you into a false sense of security as the song starts up again with more evil vocals, so delicious! A cacophony of brutality!

SINNERS GAME: Has really ball crushing riffs throughout! More extremity from this band that are the vicious L Sol Tace! Some evil vocals to open and thunderous drumming on this track. It’s the most energetic I think, and offers that raw power.  I can imagine that this track will be great live.  Great catchy line “Walk away” really great! Has you hooked and will be played the most I feel :D Catchy, brutal and fast cant beat that! The line “all or nothing” really sums this track up for me, and is my fave track.

DECEVIL: Deliciously, Extreme riffs a plenty on this track. Brutal guitar that ploughs its way through, combining with some awesome vocals which get quicker if they can, towards the end of the song.  A great melodic riff in there too, reminding you that, this band have got it!!! Cool bass lines too! Making this a nice balance and to finish with some more screaming vocals is a real killer to listen to! Awesome!

Remember the name L Sol Tace they are gonna be big!!!
