Genre: Volatile Electronic Sweary Punk Madness

If you can imagine The Young Ones playing techno electronica sweary punk shit then you would be halfway to getting what Petrol Bastard are all about. After seeing the duo live at the Picket some time back I was totally bowled over with their antics.  They certainly put on an amazing show so it was well worth the 25 quid it cost to get there and back home again for just 30 minutes of total mind bending chaos.

It is indeed utter ‘Tesco Value’ madness with shit all up its trousers, but you can’t help but get embroiled in it as it offers a totally unique experience and the tracks are catchy as hell into the bargain.

I can not imagine life without Petrol Bastard somehow I just found myself caught up in all the skulduggery and mayhem after clicking on a link last year for ‘Jihad Trombone’ released March 2012 and the band’s first album, since then my life has gone from good - bad in one fell swoop – kidding guys! The album made a serious impact and had me literally weeping from the anal area.

The best album - Jihad Trombone

27th January 2012 was the day that the world ceased to be as we know it and Petrol Bastard crawled out from behind all their sweary madness and came into being and to be quite honest – I personally think they have made the world a better place let’s face it – it can’t get any worse! And at least these guys put a smile on things.

The colourful world of the cunted army - Petrol Bastard!

The third remix is as near to the original as it gets and my favourite version as it’s less fucked up than all the others but check out the bands colourful discography it paints quite a twatty picture of pretentiousness and is so Petrol Bastard who indeed are fuckin’ shit (hot)

I will leave you to make up your own minds on what you are hearing but I still love Jihad Trombone the best! And I won't even mention that Vol 2 was done before Vol 1 - shh it's our little secret! But anything goes with Petrol Bastard and usually does!
