I
don’t know about ‘noise’ albeit to say, it is definitely of the good variety!
Breeding with good intent to savage the audial with infectious catchiness. This
single track taken from the bands self-titled E.P is certainly raw and heavy in
every sense of the word.
The
strides of metal are powerful and plentiful, and goes all the way to abrasively
corrode the senses as the brashly spawned rhythms surge with their radical
attributes.
It
radiates a lot of brutish tenacity and can also be described as ‘full of hate’
but better out than in eh guys? And turned into riffs that people can identify
with! Bonus! Seep Away have
everything sewn up with this track as it holds superb addictive creativity too!
Vocally
aggressive and built around a thick heavy riff with emotive drum beat it is all
you can do to try and stop your body moving in time to its emotionally driven
rancour, however, I am enjoying embracing its slices of hate and gripping the
discordance.
It
sure has this captivating beat attached to it and can be likened to a hypnotist
doing what they do best!! Mesmerizing till the last riff!
The
band's Max Watt comments: "These songs come from the darkest places in our
minds. They are our way of expressing our heaviest thoughts through really,
really noisy tunes. Hopefully some people dig it, but we understand if they
don't because well, it's all pretty damn abrasive, really!"
Personally,
I hope the band decide to resurrect more of their feelings from the darkest
places in their minds if this track is anything to go by. It is the kind of
track that may well warrant grabbing a hair brush and going for a quick jaunt
around the living room, and forming your own pit, (and no push pitting the
cat!) Although at just 2 minutes 31 seconds long you wouldn’t get all the way
round which is the only negative thing I have to say here.
Still
looking forward to hearing the band’s debut E.P in its entirety – And if the
other track is anything like the single then we are in for a fantastic
experience! Yes “Your brains are fucked!”
